🔸Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd Analyst maintains a Positive view on Lemon Tree Hotels (LTHL) with upside potential. LTHL’s Q1FY26 numbers were strong, as EBITDA margins beat estimates at ~44.5% (versus expectation of 43.5%) and revenue and adjusted PAT grew, respectively. Q2 is likely to be sluggish due to festive seasonality and base effect normalisation, while H2FY26 is likely to be strong. The company targets 20,000 rooms within six months (from 2028 earlier), and aims at 30,000–40,000 rooms in the long term. Net debt reduced, with the cost of borrowing falling.
