Users may get discount on their ride to branch/ franchisee locationsin case of any promotion/ offer is running on Uber. However, in no circumstances shall Sharekhan be liable if the Users could not avail the said offers or promotions running on Uber and Uber shall be solely responsible for the same. This site contains valuable trademarks, logo, trade name, and other Intellectual Property of which pertains to Sharekhan. The Users agrees that any trademarks, logos, trade names and/or identifying slogans, and/or any other intellectual property of Sharekhan, of any nature, cannot be used by any users for any purpose whatsoever.No users shall publish, nor cause to be published any advertisement or make any representations, whether oral or written or otherwise, which might confuse, mislead or deceive the public, which are detrimental to the trade name, goodwill or reputation of Sharekhan.
